Thanks for visiting my website. I am a Psychotherapist registered with full clinical membership of the UKCP and a COSRT accredited Clinical Sexologist and Relationship Therapist.
I have over ten years training in multiple therapy modalities along with experience of teaching, supervising and managing other therapists and clinical services.
My approach to therapy is relational, experiential and practical. I work with clients of all backgrounds and have found, due to my diverse training and experience, I often work with complex situations and clients with multiple diagnoses, symptoms or challenges.

I can offer support for a range of different needs. Therapy can be a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote change, empowerment and increased choices by expanding your awareness of where you get stuck.
